  Chapter 1 - The Revolving Circle Jerk of Judicial Malfeasance I’d like to bring attention to the citizens of Sidney and Shelby County a matter that should be of concern to one and all. In my opinion, the justice system in this county has routinely demonstrated a heavy-handed discriminatory bias to go after men in domestic cases of divorce and sadly operates more like a mafia protection racket extracting favors or glory for services rendered. As they are most eager (delightfully so) to drop a ton of bricks on a man at the whim of a befuddled harlot of dubious moral character when she feels she can no longer tolerate perceived criticism or scrutiny from a former spouse for destroying their former family. And later when this man presents evidence of gross exaggerations or outright lies to her fabricated allegations, they conveniently sweep it all under the rug and decline to do anything about it - as if the man somehow deserves it and the ends justify their perverse and twisted means. Therefore, everyone in this county should demand the immediate resignation of the following appointed or elected officials, a revolving circle jerk of ivory tower bomb-throwers severely lacking in judicial prudence, wisdom, or basic decency to include but not limited to: Tim Sell, Ralph Bauer, James Stevenson, Jeffrey Amick, Duane Goettemoeller, John Lenhart, William Balling, and Brandon Puckett - as all these men are guilty of creating a local justice system and culture in which most everyone involved today is either a back-scratching sycophant or a professional patsy - lest they risk losing membership in the local Henchman’s Club for coming out of line. In short, the justice system in Shelby County needs a systemic house-cleaning of epoch proportion. Now that I’ve spoken my peace I’m most certain our vindictive and despotic Common Pleas Prosecutor Tim Sell will soon convene a grand jury of local lemmings to try and indict me on being a recalcitrant wise guy - maybe if I bow down and kiss baby Nero’s ring he’ll go easy on me!

  As an employee of CAS - I love it. The teachers go out of their way to help students strive to do their best. When they reach high school, the principal goes out of his way for students to further their education - do well on ACT, OGT, OAT, to take PSEOP classes, get college grants, and much more. But, most importantly, the teachers and all staff pray with the children, for their families, and needs of their co-workers. It is worth the financial sacrifice for parents to enroll their children at CAS - I've seen children draw closer to the Lord, learn how to deal with conflict without fighting, pray before a test and much more. Now that my children are grown I look back and would give anything to have done without new car, more clothes, etc. to have had them enrolled at CAS.
